Payments & Cancellations



We accept payment at our Georgetown office for all services, visits, and stays at Atta Rain Forest Lodge. You may pay with cash or credit card, however credit card payments will incur a 4.2% surcharge to cover bank fees. We are able to accept cash payments at the lodge, however there are no facilities to accept credit card payments at the lodge.

Instruct your bank that all bank charges are for remitters account. This ensures the correct amount reaches us. If the amount received does not match the amount due, you will be invoiced for the difference.

If you use a bank-to-bank wire transfer, please add $15 to your payment to cover transaction charges.

Please email us with your bank's confirmation of successful transmission of funds.


Any cancellation by client or Agent must be in writing and acknowledged by Community & Tourism Services. The date on which the correspondence is received will determine the loss of any monies applicable.

  • Cancelled 90 or more days prior to arrival – Full Refund
  • Cancelled 60 to 90 days prior to arrival – 5 % cancellation fee
  • Cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival - 20% cancellation fee
  • Cancelled 2-30 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancelled 2 days prior to arrival or no show – 100% cancellation fee
